CTV just said they will stick with the convention unless it is emergency news, but I have been hearding on CTV News Net that Health Canada is planning to have a press conference on swine flu timed exactly when Ignatieff starts talking. CTV has said they will stick with the convention, but they have added a ticker bar again the situation, so I guess that gambit failed.
